1. Dobson Ranch

Dobson Ranch Park – 2359 S Dobson Rd, Mesa 85202

This well-established neighborhood on the west end of Mesa is a mix of single-family homes and townhomes. It offers a range of amenities, including parks, lakes, and golf courses. 3. The Groves

Hidden Groves Park (within community) – E Decatur St, Mesa 85213

Similar to Hermosa Vista, The Groves was originally developed as an upscale residential community in the 1970s; with a focus on preserving the citrus groves that surrounded it. Many of the homes in this community feature large lots and mature trees, giving it a lush and inviting atmosphere. 6. Villages of Eastridge

Desert Ridge High School (within community) – 10045 E Madero Ave, Mesa 85209

This nice community on the SE side of Mesa that was built around 2004/2005. It offers a good blend of curb appeal, affordability & location with close access to both the US60 and the Loop 202. It is also very family friendly with an elementary, junior high and high school all located within a mile of the neighborhood. This area is also a part of the Gilbert Unified school district which usually ranks high among schools in the area. 

Home options range from small single story ranchers to large two stories with a third car garage and larger lot sizes.

7. Eastmark

Eastmark Great Park Playground – 4834 S Curie Way, Mesa 85212

This innovative neighborhood on the far South East side of Mesa has been the number 1 selling master-planned community in Arizona for the past 5 years. And if you look at the long list of amenities, it is no surprise why that is.
