Discover Cave Creek, Arizona

The town of Cave Creek is named so due to a cave that lies near a creek where the town was first settled… so it’s name is quite literal. Living here means you’ll be a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. However, with that distance Cave Creek offers a slightly cooler climate and ‘fresher air’

Cave Creek aligns with two school districts – Cave Creek Unified School District and Deer Valley Unified School District. Both are great school districts, however if you find that one district aligns better with your children’s preferences, then be sure to let your realtor know which one you prefer. That way they only show you homes that will fall within your preferred school district.

Cave Creek is often associated with the town of Carefree since they’re so close to each other, and both surround the beautiful landmark of Black Mountain.
