Cave Creek aligns with two school districts – Cave Creek Unified School District and Deer Valley Unified School District. Both are great school districts, however if you find that one district aligns better with your children’s preferences, then be sure to let your realtor know which one you prefer. That way they only show you homes that will fall within your preferred school district.

Cave Creek is often associated with the town of Carefree since they’re so close to each other, and both surround the beautiful landmark of Black Mountain.
