Fountain Hills is a master planned community neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona. The main feature of this Maricopa county area is, you guessed it, a beautiful fountain. In fact, this fountain of Fountain Hills is the tallest man made fountain in the world. Visitors come from all over to witness the fountain come to life at the top of each hour.

The town of Fountain Hill has grown exponentially over the past few decades. It was established in 1970, so the entire area is fairly young in age (compared to many other places within the U.S.). So it’s fast growing population may sound like it’s growing at an alarming rate, but there is plenty of space to spare here. In fact, many of the new homes being built are custom home builds, where homeowners are able to take advantage of the landscape views.
