We found Greg via his youtube channel as we were looking to purchase in the Phoenix area and what started a simple inquiry to better understand the area quickly evolved into knowing Greg would be the best person to help us accomplish this. He was great at helping us understand different parts of the city while pointing out both positives and negatives as well as where we were most likely to find the combination of parameters we had given him. Being remote, Greg was very gracious to tour and video homes for us that were on the short list. Once we moved to contract, he was open an honest about what was a fair price. He made multiple trips to the home to help us answer questions, shoot specific videos, take measurements, and serve as our eyes on the ground.Most importantly to us, when Greg said he was going to do something, he always did it when he said he would. He called with every update and at the end of every week to check in, even if there wasn't an update to share. He never left us guessing as to a status of something or to the next step. He's a true professional, while being consultative, calm, and understanding.A home purchase can be an emotional process at times so it's important to have someone detached that can help you see the process objectively and in perspective of the bigger picture. Found Greg through his YouTube videos and decided to contact him about an upcoming move and subsequent home purchase coming up after leaving the military. Greg is awesome! Found him on his Youtube channel about 1.5 years ago when I was planning to move to AZ. I worked with Greg over the phone and finally in person a year ago. He found me the perfect home in Chandler. He guided me through the whole offer process with an anticipated bidding war. His strategy worked. I won the offer in 24 hrs and closed in 30 days. Everything went perfectly and love the home after 1 year. Greg's in-depth knowledge of the area, the market conditions and the strategy to close the deal was perfect spot on.
